Brianna Hill is CEO of Intimate Perspectives, LLC, an enterprise offering services from business consulting, project management, to life coaching and much more, and owner of 23 Catering. Brianna serves as a consultant, project manager, co-author, and trainer/facilitator for the Pinwheel Group, LLC, developing projects sch as the new H.E.R. 4 GIRLS youth curriculum. Brianna brings a unique set of skills, gifts, and talents and is often referred to as a “wild card” in the field, being able to manage multiple priorities and execute visions for organizations.

Brianna’s recent experience includes being an adjunct professor at Minnesta State University-Mankato and St. Paul College, an independent beauty consultant for the global company, Mary Kay, Inc., has served as an operations manager, and volunteers as the director of the Children and Teen Ministry at her local church in Golden Valley, MN. She is a professional dance choreographer and featured in music videos for artists such as WHOLE MVMT, Heather Riffel, and Grammy-nominated Gospel Rapper, Xross, and is currently a dance teacher.

Her earlier experience includes 15 years in community corrections as a probation officer for adults and as a supervisor of juvenile programs and services, coordinating the sole juvenile drug court in the state of Minnesota.

Brianna has previously held membership with the Minnesota Association of Community Corrections Act Counties (MACCAC) association as the co-lead statewide conference planner, was the chair of the Community services Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (CSIDE) team in Dakota County, MN, and member of the Black Employe Network (BEN) at Dakota County, MN

Brianna has served in ministry at her home church for 20 years in various roles such as a being involved in dance ministry for 14 years, as teen coach/Bible teacher for 10 years, as an actress in the video ministry with commercials and women’s conference correspondent, has been involved in plays, as well as involvement in event planning for the women’s conferences for many years.

Brianna holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology, and a forensic science certificate. She also holds a master’s degree in leadership and management and is finishing her candidacy for a doctorate in educational leadership (Ed.D.) after dissertation completion.
